Caramel popcorn

Ingredients

10 Cups Popped popcorn
2 cups Brown suger
1 cup Butter
1/3 cup Corn syrup
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

1.
Boil first 4 ingredients 5 min. Remove from heat, add vanilla and soda. Mix well. Pour over 10 cups popcorn, mix to coat. Place in a large buttered roast pan. Bake at 250° for 1hr, stirri g every 15 min. Cool and store in airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy!
